An exciting position has become available for a full-time Motion Graphics Artist to join our friendly team based in Mentor. The successful candidate’s salary will be subject to experience and quality of portfolio.
We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Artist. You will be working closely with the Creative Director to determine the best approaches to troubleshoot problems and ensure the final look is aligned with the clients’ brief. Our projects include marketing animations and product marketing material. Responsibilities
- Working closely with team members to deliver projects on time, to budget and specification whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously (and where possible exceeding expectations).
- Keep up to date with current and emerging techniques and workflows.
- Continually refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages where relevant.
- Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms.
- Creating clean vector-based graphics in Abode Illustrator for use in both static design work and animations.
- Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
- Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and platforms.
- Using video editing skills to create professional quality promotional videos and social media cuts from animations and footage.
- Compositing of images and shots utilizing (SFX).
Skills and Requirements
- Experienced in Adobe CC Suite, in particular; After Effects and Illustrator.
- You have a keen eye for composition, design and aesthetics.
- Work collaboratively with team and company members to create results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in 2D character rigging and animation.
- Experience working within a similar environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (and Office 365).
- Graphic design experience.
