Roksana Completes Her Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs)

We’re proud to share the success of Roksana’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP). An initiative that partnered us with the University of Derby and Innovate UK, helping to accelerate innovation, strengthen our internal expertise, and deliver even greater value to our clients.

At the heart of this collaboration is our People Lead, Roksana Zavoronkova. Originally joining us as a KTP Associate, this scheme has enabled her to progress into a full-time, permanent position at Bloc.

Playing a crucial role in bridging academic research with real-world application, her work has enabled us to develop and embed talent management policies, practices and processes that aim to maximise performance and retention. Ultimately, helping to evolve how we deliver advanced visualisation and immersive solutions.
Key outcomes of the project include:
• Transformed the talent pipeline through Bloc, including talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development and succession planning.
• Delivering the Personal Growth Framework, helping to improve the skill sets of our current employees whilst also attracting new ones.
• Strengthened recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance our in-house culture and capability.
• Maintaining staff turnover rate at below 10%.

Fuelling success in and out of the office, Roksana brought home the People Development Award at the recent Derby Business Awards 2026. Highlighting our strong commitment to nurturing talent and building a culture of continuous learning, which couldn't have been achieved without her knowledge, and the KTP initiative.
