Every business's operations, energy use, and resources contribute to global climate change. So as our team continues to grow, our environmental impact and responsibility does too. But we've never been ones for commitment without action…
We are active in carbon offsetting through a not-for-profit initiative named Co-Treatment, planting 500+ trees each year.
Almost 100% of our trees have been directly planted by members of our team.
Our trees are planted locally, counteracting that environmental footprint as close to the source as possible.
We have purchased all-electric cars to reduce our business mileage impacts.
We recycle, as standard.

HEIGHTENING THE ASPIRATIONS OF THE NEXT GENERATION
Our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) outreach programme has been inspiring curiosity in young people for more than a decade. We lead in-school taster sessions, work experience placements and partner with not-for-profits like TeenTech to break down the barriers to immersive technology.
Proactive partnerships with local educational institutions also help us to promote Derby as a place for opportunity. We support apprenticeships, T-levels, graduates and beyond – ensuring new talent is trained and retained within our region.
