Our people are at the heart of everything we do. This year, we welcomed 8 new Blocees, boosting our team’s creativity and energy. We’re especially proud of a 42% increase in female employees, showcasing our commitment to diversity. Together, our team speaks 20 languages, reflecting our global outlook.

Beyond the office, we made an impact. We helped plant 1,425 trees, supported 166 hours of STEM activities to inspire future innovators, and mentored 6 work-experience students across the UK and USA, helping nurture the next generation of talent.
