We celebrated the women in Bloc whose talent, leadership and energy shape who we are. With this year’s theme being ‘Give To Gain’, we dedicated the day to activities designed to bring people together, share what we love, and spotlight the achievements of the women who inspire us.

Food, fun and one equal place of work were highlights of our International Women’s Day celebrations. Encouraging a mindset of generosity, collaboration, and reciprocity. Here’s how the day went down...

The return of the iconic Bloc fuddle
Nothing brings people together like good food. IWD 2026 saw the return of our fuddle, filling the office with homemade favourites and encouraging the whole team to share some great recipes and great conversation.

Wear the colours
The colour purple, green or white found its way onto many outfits, not just as a theme, but as a statement of commitment to gender equality within our workplace.

Trivia with purpose
Our Friday quiz also transformed into a recognition of achievement and impact of the women at Bloc. Framing each question around an interesting fact about our female team members to build collective pride.
