50 years of innovation, collaboration, and transformation: Bloc joined the University of Derby in marking the 50-year legacy of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs), highlighting the powerful impact of successful academia-industry collaborations. We proudly celebrated five decades of a programme that has largely influenced our technological advancement and strategic growth.

At the heart of innovation and progress, KTPs have delivered more than 14,000 projects, driving transformation through the combined strength of academic insight and industry expertise.

Our team was delighted to join the celebrations, recognising the achievements of the past and the opportunities still to come. Representing Bloc were Roksana, Benjamin, and Ben, who attended the University's KTP@50 event, which showcased how strategic collaboration can unlock new capabilities, accelerate innovation, and embed lasting change.

A special mention for our People Lead, Roksana! Her work was showcased alongside other projects at the event for transforming our employee development strategies.
